Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location and the size of your order. We offer standard and expedited shipping options in some cases.

Returns:

At My Piccolo Pet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer an easy return process.

• Return window: You can return products within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Return Conditions: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Exceptions: Some products, such as pet hygiene items or personalized products, are not eligible for return.
